The solution
Heatsense undertook a considerable amount of development work over a 12-month period. Numerous samples, with different constructions and materials, were developed and tested in the field in order to establish which cable design worked best.
After every sample batch tested in the field, data feedback was analysed and changes made until a robust working cable design was established.
As demand for this range of cables has accelerated, additional monitoring requirements continue to evolve.
The patented system developed by the customer is expected to revolutionise remote asset integrity prediction and monitoring on a global basis.
