What kind of INTEMP® cable do you need?
Heatsense Cables Manufacture INTEMP Cables for Extreme Heat Environments. A range of high-performance cables made with flexible nickel-plated and pure-nickel conductors, insulations include PFA, Mica Tape and Glass Fibre, designed specifically to operate reliably under more arduous high temperature industrial conditions. It is moisture resistant, tough and flexible and offers a continuous operating temperature of 250°C (482°F) to 1250°C (+2282°F).
Where to use INTEMP® cables?
- Steel and Aluminium Industry
- Glass Factories
- Oil Refineries
- Offshore Rigs
- Pottery
- Catering, Ovens/Kilns
This range of cables also resist chemicals, acids, lubricants, and water and can be used as a power, coaxial, thermocouple and control cable. These cables can also be customer specified to operate in high radiation environments.
Advantages of INTEMP® cable range
As well as being easy to handle, easy to install and crimp, INTEMP® 250 has been proven to last up to four times longer than other high temperature cables. Installing INTEMP® in equipment at the manufacturing stage means fewer breakdowns thus avoiding costly down time
