Heatsense manufacture a range of PTFE yarns, cable tapes and lacing cords primarily for the aerospace and medical industries.

PTFE yarn, cable tapes and lacing cords are specialized products designed for applications where high performance in extreme environments is required. These materials leverage the unique properties of PTFE, such as high temperature resistance, chemical inertness and low friction, high dielectric strength and low electrical loss.

This range of products maintains performance from -200°C (-328°F) to +260°C (+500°F).
