Sub-miniature PTFE Hook up Wires & Cables

Heatsense offers a range of fine gauge, thin wall sub-miniature PTFE Hook-Up Wires designed for use in applications where space is limited and high performance is required. These thin cables operate in a temperature range from -65°C (-85°F) to +260°C (500°F), offer high dielectric strength
and low capacitance. They offer excellent performance in high-frequency and high
-voltage environments and are inert to chemicals, oils and solvents.

Gauge size starts from 44AWG (both single strand and multi-strand) with an overall diameter of 0.229mm.

Applications include aerospace avionics, medical equipment, electronics, robotics, military and defence.
