UHV and Low Outgassing Cables

Heatsense’s manufactures a range of UHV Cables (Ultra-High Vacuum) and Low Outgassing cables which are designed to operate in areas where low outgassing rates are critical. Our range of cables come in a variety of insulation types. 

UHV and Low-Outgassing Cables are specially designed for environments where minimal outgassing is critical. Applications include space and aerospace where contamination can affect critical systems. Other environments include particle accelerators, electron microscopes, semiconductor fabrication and ultra-low temperature applications like superconducting magnets.

These cables operate across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions, -269°C (-452.2°F) to +260°C (500°F) or higher, depending on the material. They are designed to maintain insulation integrity under high vacuum pressures below 10⁻⁷ torr. The cables are highly flexibility making them easy to route in confined spaces. They are resistant to abrasion, UV violet radiation and chemical
exposure.
